(click to get map)
This park was built partially by a grant
from Texas Parks & Wildlife, a donation of land by Stone Canyon
Developer, Blake Magee, $250,000 from County Commissioner Mike
Heiligenstein on behalf of Williamson County, and the Fern Bluff MUD.
The park includes a covered pavilion with restroom, playscape, drinking
fountains, picnic tables, barbecue pits, benches, exercise station,
jog/walk trail with a decorative bridge, bicycle rack and parking lot.
This park is an extension of our trail system, which extends North of
Brightwater behind the front section of Sea Ash to Hairy Man Road and
also runs behind Whitewater and the other end of Sea Ash. This trail
goes from the park south to Columbia Falls Cove and loops around back
over the bridge to the front of the path at the entrance of the park.
Keys for the restroom are only available
to Fern Bluff MUD residents and can be purchased for $5 at the
Community Center at 238-0606.
