concerned about the impact of the proposed Creek Bend extension
on the District residents. During its review of the situation,
it determined that a previous board member may have erred in
2002 when they donated a right of way to the City of Round Rock
for this proposed extension. Additionally, the location of the
proposed roadway is not on surplus land within the district, as
needed water lines, meters and valves are directly in the path
of the proposed road design.
