Oak Brook is a stylish and beautiful residential neighborhood three miles west of the City of Round Rock, off RR 620 and O’Connor Blvd. There are 500 homes in the subdivision and residents enjoy some of the best schools in Texas, are close to major employers and excellent shopping in the North Austin/Round Rock/Cedar Park areas.

Oak Brook enjoys a strong sense of community with a family-oriented neighborhood, tree covered lots and gently rolling streets. Oak Brook is a deed restricted neighborhood with an HOA that provides several amenities such as a large park with a swimming pool and tennis courts. A beautiful feature of the Oak Brook area is the MUD greenbelt area which features the natural spring fed ponds nestled in the center of the subdivision accessible along a paved pathway.

Residents are also within easy access to the MUD’s six well-maintained parks which offer an exceptional outdoor lifestyle with tennis and basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, picnic and party pavilions, playscapes, exercise stations and miles of walking/jogging/biking trails. The Fern Bluff MUD Community Center, a 6600 sq. foot beautiful building is also available to Oak Brook residents for special events, parties, receptions, meetings and family get-togethers.

Oak Brook is a premier neighborhood in the Round Rock area.
