Wastewater Averaging 2015-2016

November 5, 2015 Wastewater Averaging Period begins on November 16, 2015 *Wastewater Averaging is the standard method of determining the volume of water used by a resident that enters the sewer system and is NOT used outside for irrigation, car washing, etc. The averaging will take place each year from mid-November to mid-February. The resident is only billed for this volume throughout the year. For more details please see the description below. SPRING CLEAN-UP AND TOO MUCH TRASH

Spring is coming and yard clean-up is on our minds!  Please do not put out more than 6 extra items with your trash cart (1 truck “hopper” full) as this overwhelms the trash collectors’ daily run.  In previous years we have experienced residents putting as many as 60 bags of leaves at the curb for pickup!  Round Rock Refuse is contracted to pick up our solid waste (trash) and recycling and small amounts of yard debris.  Large amounts of clippings and landscape clean-up should be hauled away by your landscaper or by contacting a private company for pick up.
