OPEN RECORDS REQUESTS

All requests for public information sent by electronic mail must be sent to the Public Information Coordinator at openrecords@fernbluffmud.org. To obtain a physical address for an in-person request, please call (512) 238-0606.

Under State and Federal law individuals and other entities are allowed to request for viewing or copying government documents that are public in nature.  Fern Bluff MUD believes in open government and is committed to transparency and providing public information, at the same time, protecting confidential information where required.  Open Records Requests or “Public Information Requests” are requests for records maintained by a governmental entity.  A request does not need to be on a specific form and may be typed or handwritten.  A requestor needs to provide a means to communicate (an address, a phone number, or an email address) along with the requestor’s name.
