The Board of Directors meets at 6:00 pm on the second Tuesday of each month at the Fern Bluff MUD Community Center, 7320 Wyoming Springs Dr., Round Rock, TX 78681. The public is always invited and encouraged to attend. Meeting agendas are posted within the district in rock and glass kiosks, on the district’s web site as well as at the Williamson County Courthouse in Georgetown. Monthly meetings may occasionally change from the typical 2nd Tuesday due to conflicts so check the kiosks and web site for up-to-date information.
Meeting Agendas and Minutes
Agendas are generally posted the Friday before a scheduled Tuesday meeting (they must be posted 72 hours prior.) Minutes are not posted until the Board of Directors has seen a draft of the prior month’s Minutes and amended and/or approved them. This delays the posting of the Minutes by at least 30 days but they are posted as soon as possible after Board approval.
