Board of Directors – Board Vacancy Announcement

The Fern Bluff Municipal Utility District (the “District”) is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill a vacancy on its Board of Directors. The qualified individual must be at least 18 years of age, a resident citizen of Texas and either own land subject to taxation in the District or be a qualified voter within the District and desire to maintain a high standard of public service to the District. The term for the vacancy, Place 4, will expire in May 2018, at which time the District will conduct a general election to elect Directors to the Board for Place 2 and Place 4.

Those interested in serving on the MUD Board should submit a letter of interest and resume to the Board of Directors at the address below. Letters of interest and resumes may also be sent via email to janey.miller@fernbluffmud.org. The deadline for submission is Wednesday, April 12th, 2017. The Board of Directors invites all interested residents to consider applying and the Board may schedule interviews with applicants at the April 18th, 2017, regular monthly meeting at 6:00 pm. Notification will be sent to applicants prior to the meeting.
