Open Records Requests

Under State and Federal law individuals and other entities are allowed to request for viewing or copying government documents that are public in nature. Fern Bluff MUD believes in open government and is committed to transparency and providing public information, at the same time, protecting confidential information where required. Open Records Requests or “Requests for Public Information” are requests for records maintained by a governmental entity. A request does not need to be on a specific form and may be typed or handwritten. A requestor needs to provide a means to communicate (an address, a phone number, or an email address) along with the requestor’s name.
Requests must be made via email at openrecords@fernbluffmud.org, in person at the district office or via US Mail at Public Information-Fern Bluff MUD, 7320 Wyoming Springs Dr., Round Rock TX 78681.

Restroom Keys and Tennis Key Fobs: To purchase a restroom and/or tennis court key fob for (residents only) please come to the MUD office in the Community Center at 7320 Wyoming Springs Dr. with verification of residency. Key fobs for the restrooms are $5.00 and an additional $5.00 for tennis court access.
Vandalism is a growing problem and costs every taxpayer. Please help! If you see destructive or dangerous behavior on MUD property, please contact the General Manager immediately at (512) 788-0336 or call the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office at 911.
Streetlight Outages

For streetlights on most streets in the MUD, light poles have a yellow tag with a pole number. Please have this available as the form will request this pole number.
