Friendly Oaks Park
Friendly Oaks Park, 2.51 acres, also includes a playscape, swings, exercise station, drinking fountain, and an open play space. Residents may reserve the 16’ X 16’ covered pavilion at Friendly Oaks Park for their event, free of charge. For more information, contact the Fern Bluff Community Center at 512-238-0606.
Contained in the park is a karst by the name of Water Tank Sink Cave, which is an environmentally protected area, surrounded by an iron fence.
Fern Bluff MUD built this park on a land donation from Blake Magee, a Stone Canyon developer. A grant from Texas Parks & Wildlife helped Fern Bluff MUD fund the park’s development. This is one of the six parks that the Fern Bluff MUD provides.
