Stone Canyon is a master planned, deed restricted community nestled in the hill country, 3 miles west of the City of Round Rock. The neighborhood of Stone Canyon is Fern Bluff MUD’s largest neighborhood with 1100 homes, and provides residents close access to major employers and excellent shopping in the North Austin/Round Rock/Cedar Park areas.

The community that you’ve been waiting for is here: vibrant, family-oriented neighborhood, easy walking distance to the exemplary ranked Fern Bluff Elementary School which is in the Round Rock Independent School District. Stone Canyon is a meticulous community with an involved homeowners association (HOA) that protects the community as well as individual home values. The HOA provides a Junior Olympic swimming pool and play area.

Residents are within easy walking access to the MUD’s six well-maintained parks which offer an exceptional outdoor lifestyle with tennis and basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, picnic and party pavilions, playscapes and exercise stations and miles of walking/jogging/biking trails. The Fern Bluff MUD Community Center, a 6600 sq. foot beautiful building is also available to residents for special events, parties, receptions, meetings and family get-togethers.

The Stone Canyon Neighborhood offers a strong sense of community along with
an atmosphere of privacy, security and unhurried living.
