Park Pavilions at three of the Fern Bluff MUD parks may be rented for outdoor events by calling the MUD office located in the Community Center, (512) 238-0606. Pavilions are located at Fern Bluff, Brightwater and Olson Meadows Parks (all have restroom facilities but an access key fob is required) and each pavilion has electricity, water fountains and BBQ grills.
Fern Bluff MUD Residents may reserve pavilions at no rental charge but will need to provide proof of residency. Once the date and time are scheduled with MUD staff, a reservation letter will be issued with park rules and regulations listed. A $50 security deposit is required to ensure the area is left clean and undamaged.
Park Facilities are to be used “as is” and any outside entertainment devices or structures MUST be approved by the Fern Bluff MUD prior to the event.
No sidewalk chalk, grass chalk or paint or any other artwork supplies may be used on pavilion floors, walls or grassy field areas, playscapes or other facilities in any of the parks at any time. A friendly reminder that ALL pets must be on a leash when in District parks, greenbelts, and trails.
