As of Wednesday, August 29, 2012, your current restroom and/or tennis key will no longer work and a new key fob will be required.
The Fern Bluff MUD is installing a new, key-fob access system on all park pavilion restroom doors as well as tennis court gates and the system is scheduled to go live on August 29th.
New key fobs are available for MUD residents only to purchase at the Fern Bluff MUD Community Center, 7320 Wyoming Springs Dr.
Restroom access only fobs are $5.00 and restroom plus tennis access are $10.00.
As of August 29th, all old cards will be discontinued.
Extended hours have been arranged for your convenience to purchase new key fobs:
Monday through Friday at the Center from 9am to 8pm *from August 21st to September 14th
Special Saturday Hours:
Saturday, August 25th, 9 am to 2 pm
LABOR DAY WEEKEND CLOSED
Saturday, September 8th, 9 am to 2 pm
Saturday, September 15th 9 am to 2 pm
***Cash (for fobs only) check, VISA or Mastercard will be accepted but to speed the process, exact change will be most appreciated!
***Proof of residency, phone number and email address will be required for purchase

Update:
The new key fob system being installed by the Fern Bluff MUD is ONLY for MUD Parks which are:
Olson Meadows, Brightwater and Fern Bluff
And, the tennis access is ONLY for the courts that are MUD courts at 17823 Park Valley Drive
The new system is required due to a failure of the 10 year old system which could not be updated.
Additionally, this new system and the new fobs have nothing to do with either Oak Brook HOA or Stone Canyon owned pools, tennis courts, or other HOA facilities. If you currently have access cards from your HOA, please do not dispose of them. The new fobs will only work at MUD park pavilions.
