As many residents have noticed, Fern Bluff MUD parks are under construction as needed replacements and repairs are scheduled through the spring. Some playground equipment is complete but ongoing irrigation and landscaping repairs will occur over the next few months. Each park may be open for a time and then closed again for the landscape and irrigation repairs. These closures are needed due to safety issues as well as protection of the work in progress. As an example: Brightwater Park is currently closed as we install required sidewalks. Please be patient as we work to complete each site and respect and avoid the construction areas for everyone’s safety. Closed areas will be marked with construction cones, orange fencing and signs.
Updates:
Veterans Park at 17813 Park Valley Dr. is complete. Minor landscaping repairs will occur soon.

Fern Bluff Park at 17829 Fern Bluff Ave. is under construction and estimated completion is mid-April. Once the installation is complete, the park may have short-term closures for repairs to irrigation/landscape.

Friendly Oaks Park at 17413 Montana Falls Dr. is nearing completion and should be finished by early April. Again, this park may require short-term closures as we make repairs to irrigation/landscape.
