TO: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FERN BLUFF MUNICIPAL UTILITY
DISTRICT AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Fern Bluff Municipal Utility District
(the “District”) will conduct a public hearing to discuss the proposed impacts to District
Parkland as a result of the possible conveyance of approximately 1.75 acres of land out of
54.988 acres of land owned by Fern Bluff Municipal Utility District, to be granted to the City
of Round Rock for the purpose of facilitating roadway, drainage, and utility improvements
to the Wyoming Springs Segment 1 – FM 3406/Old Settler’s Boulevard to Brightwater
Boulevard/Creekbend Boulevard road project (the “Wyoming Springs Project”). This
hearing will be conducted in accordance with Chapter 26 of the Texas Parks and Wildlife
Code to allow the public the opportunity to hear the details specifically as they relate to
parklands within the District and provide comments. The public hearing details are as
follows: Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Fern Bluff Municipal Utility
District Community Center, 7320 Wyoming Springs Drive, Round Rock, Texas.
