FALL BULK PICKUP Date Change 
In our latest newsletter, we stated the the FALL BULK PICKUP date as November 1st. Because of Halloween pedestrian traffic the day before, the date has been changed to November 8th, 2025 to avoid any potential safety issues. Click here for a guide to accepted and excluded items. 

Recurring Credit Card Payments

While the July 4th weekend rains brought our reservoirs up significantly, it is unfortunate that the rains stirred up the lakes and rivers and as a result we are experiencing higher levels of Iron and Manganese (the brownish and sometimes greenish color you may be experiencing in your tubs/toilets and faucets). While this can affect the water’s appearance, it does not pose a health risk. The water remains safe to drink and meets all state and federal drinking water standards. 

Fern Bluff Park Courts
We are nearing completion of the Tennis/Pickleball/Basketball Court renovation project. The basketball court will be opened up on the evening of Tuesday September 9th. The tennis and pickleball courts will follow with completion and opening expected no later than the 30th of September.
