Fern Bluff MUD is in the process of updating its Customer Portal for added security and updates. In doing so, some valued customers have experienced some issues with accessing the new portal. Here are a few key points for updating passwords and accessing the new system:
On August 28th, most customers received an email from Fern Bluff Municipal Utility District (donotreply@eonlinebill.net) with Subject: Recurring Payment Updated
If you received this email, there is some important information that will make life a bit easier (Account Number and Account Name) These two pieces of information are essential to the required password update. To get to the new portal, you can go to www.fernbluffmud and at the top of the page, go to “Online Bill Pay” or go to https://uvpayment-fernbluff.avr-cloud.com/#/sign-in .
Please use your current username for both the username and password.
The next screen will ask for your 15-digit account number including the dash
(ex 03337-337xxxxxxx) and the Name exactly as it appears on the bill ALL CAPS
(ex SMITH JOHN) – typically Last name then First name with a space in between in ALL CAPS. This information is included in the email received. If you did not receive an email, the portal information can be obtained on your water bill.
After some Captcha verification that you are not a Bot, you should have access to your new portal. Please note that the database is still in the process of uploading into the new portal; please be patient with us as this process updates.
